Boost Mobile at 131 East Sangamon Avenue, Rantoul, Illinois.

I first went to this boost store to get my service switched to Boost from Ting. After a lot of annoyed looks by the guy behind the counter, he said he would have to call his rep to see what to do and would call me. Two days later, I have to call them to find out what is going on. Was told he hadn't called them yet and would do so that day and call me back. Day later, I have to call them again and was told it couldn't work. I thanked them for the time and visited a Boost Mobile in Urbana where the were not only able to switch the my number to Boost, they did so in a friendly manner. I origionly went to this Boost Mobile due to the high rating on Google, but I know now that this rating is not deserved and should be much lower. Only reason I am not giving one star is that the interior is clean and we'll kept.
